The door swings open and I stand in awe, my blue eyes wide, ready to behold new ideas, treasures. Couriosity pushes me through and the old brass hinges creak. Bits of sunshine spray on the ground, golden glitter. Birds twitter and chirp in harmony. The majestic sky and airy breeze, the sweet aroma of bountiful, lush gardens in rainbow hues, welcome me.
Where am I?
This is the edge of my imagination... a world of new beginnings through adventures I've yet to imagine, yet to dream, yet to write, awaits.
My muse, a sly grin on her tiny face, waves and blows a kiss.
POOF, a fabulous idea pops in my head. I wink back in appreciation.
